The purpose of this site is to facilitate easy sharing of shidduch resumes amongst Machon alumni and Machon affiliated individuals. As such, a lot of trust is placed on each individual to act appropriately and as a ben Torah with proper yiras shemayim. In particular, most things have been made available for anyone logged into the site to be able to adjust (though there is also a history of most actions available to the admins). Do not abuse this trust.
Also note there is no official Machon shadchan. Any recommendations for shadchanim should be understood in that context.
This site is a private, volunteer-run tool for sharing dating resumes and related notes among an invited group. It is not a professional matchmaking service, dating agency, or employment platform.
Anything you upload, post, or write (resumes, files, notes, comments, profile information, or other material) is solely your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, or that you do not have permission to share.
The operators (the people who run and maintain this site, including any administrators or helpers they designate) do not verify resumes or claims, do not endorse any person or match or service, and are not liable for any claims arising from the use of this site, including:

Treat others’ information as confidential within this private group. Do not copy, export, or share others’ resumes or personal details outside the group without clear permission.
Privacy on this site is not guaranteed. Admins may access content (including private notes) as needed to run the site. Others might share information inappropriately. Treat anything you post as potentially visible beyond your intended audience and use caution.
Access is by invitation and/or admin approval. You must keep your login secure. The operators may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or that put the group at risk, or for any other reason.
Accounts, resumes, files, notes, and all other data are not guaranteed to be retained for any period of time. The operators are under no obligation to keep your data or account and may remove, alter, or delete any content or account at any time, with or without notice, including if the site is discontinued. Where the site provides download or export features, you are encouraged to download a copy of your own data at any time for your own records.
